Tesla Announces $16,000 Range-Extending Battery Pack for Cybertruck
This new battery pack boosts the Cybertruck’s total battery capacity by approximately 47 kWh, bringing it to a full 170 kWh. What does this mean? Here are the numbers:
- Four-Wheel Drive Model: Increases the range from 340 miles (approximately 547 km) to 470 miles (approximately 756 km), a 38.2% increase.
- Cyberbeast High-End Model: Increases the range from 320 miles (approximately 515 km) to 440 miles (approximately 708 km), a 37.5% increase.
The Tesla Cybertruck comes factory-equipped with powerful batteries. Here are their specifications:
