One of the most notable AI tools announced at Google I/O in May was Google Imagen 3, a photo generation tool. With today’s update, the company claims that the tool now operates at the highest level of photo quality, making Imagen 3 capable of producing even more realistic AI-generated photos. Here are the details…
Google Imagen 3 Stands Out with Its Photos
Google’s AI photo generation model, Imagen 3, creates images based on the prompts you provide. Compared to its competitors, Imagen 3 is known for producing highly realistic and high-quality photos. The recent update has reportedly enhanced its ability to achieve even higher levels of quality.
According to the company’s announcements, Imagen 3 will not be used to create images of celebrities, notable figures, or weaponry. It also cannot generate copyrighted characters, but you can create similar content by describing the character.
You can access Google’s Imagen 3 page and then connect to the AI Test Kitchen app to test the tool. Currently, the app only supports English commands, but more language support is expected in the future.
Here is how photos generated by Imagen 3 for the prompt “A vintage car with red color, rounded corners, and sharpened lights” look:
If you find anything you don’t like or want to change in the images, you can use the “Edit Photo” option to select the area you want to adjust with a brush and enter a new command.
