The smartphone world is experiencing exciting times lately. Realme, which is gradually increasing its influence in the industry, is known for its mid-range models but is also making a name for itself with flagship devices. Today, the company introduced the Realme GT7 Pro at an event.
Realme GT7 Pro Introduced with Snapdragon 8 Elite Processor
The Realme GT7 Pro, which we had previously heard about through leaks, was officially announced at today’s event. As expected, the device is powered by Qualcomm’s new flagship processor, the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
Key Features of the Realme GT7 Pro
The device features the industry’s lowest power-consuming display. It boasts a 6.78-inch Eco2 OLED Plus screen developed by Samsung, offering a resolution of 2,780 x 1,264 pixels and achieving a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. The front panel has a hole-punch design with a 16-megapixel lens.
On the back panel, we find a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, powered by a Sony IMX906 sensor with a size of 1/1.56″ and an aperture of f/1.8. This is complemented by a 50-megapixel telephoto camera (Sony IMX882) also with OIS support, featuring a f/2.65 lens with a size of 1/1.95″. An 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera using a Sony IMX355 sensor with a f/2.2 lens completes the setup. Additionally, Realme has developed a special underwater photography mode for the device to be used as an action camera.
The device aims to enhance photography and gaming experiences with AI-powered features. Tools like Sketch to Image, Motion Deblur, and AI Snap Mode will improve photography and image editing, while Game Super Resolution and Gaming Super Frame are designed to enhance gaming performance.
The device is IP68/69 certified. It runs on Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15. The phone has a 6,500 mAh battery with 120W SuperVOOC charging. Available in Mars Orange, Galaxy Grey, and White (China exclusive). The base model features 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, priced at CNY 3,599 (approximately $505/€465). The Realme GT7 Pro is set to hit the global market by the end of the month.
