realme will push the boundaries of mid-segment phones with Neo 7. The model, which is expected to be introduced in December, is very ambitious in terms of battery and performance. With the latest leaks, the AnTuTu benchmark test results of the Neo 7, developed independently from the GT series, have emerged. Here are the details
realme Neo 7 with 7000mAh battery capacity comes with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 processor
The realme Neo 7 will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 Plus processor and will be an overclocked version of the previous generation Dimensity 9300. Looking at the leaked information, we see that the Neo 7 surpassed 2.4 million points in the AnTuTu benchmark test. To put this in comparison, the OnePlus 13, a flagship model, scored 2.9 million points with its Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.
So realme Neo 7, as a mid-segment device, will almost compete with flagships with this score. Perhaps the most striking feature of realme Neo 7 is its 7000mAh capacity battery. realme has made this giant battery possible with the new generation high-density silicon anode technology. The previously released GT Neo 6 model used a 5500mAh battery.
Meanwhile, realme plans to appeal to two different user groups by separating the Neo series from the GT series. The GT series will appeal to those looking for high-end performance, while the Neo series will be offered as performance-oriented mid-segment devices.
The Neo 7 is scheduled to be officially introduced in December, but the exact release date has not yet been announced. What do you think about Neo 7? Don’t forget to share your opinions in the comments section below!
