Redmi has launched the Redmi A3x model by expanding its range of affordable phones. Surprising with its price/performance balance, the device has a similar design to Redmi A3. However, it stands out with its better screen and battery.
Redmi A3x features and price
Redmi A3x is powered by the Unisoc T603 chipset. Memory/storage options come with 3GB RAM and 64GB internal memory. It features a 6.71-inch HD+ LCD display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The company says it has included DC Dimming on the display to reduce eye strain.
On the camera side, it comes with a dual setup consisting of an 8 Megapixel primary and auxiliary lens. The selfie camera has a 5 Megapixel resolution with a waterdrop notch. The device is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.
The phone also retains the 3.5mm headphone jack found on the Redmi A3 and a physical fingerprint sensor on the side. It will come out of the box with MIUI 14 based on Android 14. However, we think it will be upgraded to HyperOS in a short time.
The most striking point of Redmi A3x was its price. The device, which is on sale for about 68 dollars, has become one of the most affordable Android phones to date.
