Every announcement Rockstar Games makes creates anticipation for Grand Theft Auto 6 among players. Rockstar, which recently introduced important innovations to GTA+ membership, is thought to want to strengthen the subscription system before GTA 6.
GTA 6 may be available with GTA+ subscription
For those who don’t know, GTA+ was launched earlier this year to target Grand Theft Auto Online. You can subscribe to the service for $5.99 per month, which provides in-game bonuses and content. However, a new announcement has revealed that a few more old games have been added to GTA+.
GTA+ subscribers will have access to Liberty City Stories and Chinatown Wars on iOS and Android. Both games were originally released for PlayStation Portable and Nintendo DS, but are now available for mobile via subscription.
Previously, it was also possible to play Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition through the subscription. But the addition of classic GTA games shows that the subscription is expanding and wants to go beyond GTA Online.
However, Rockstar said that the classic games included in GTA+ are “not guaranteed to remain forever”. This means that the service will be constantly renewed, and may even get GTA 6 Online in the future.
GTA 6, which is expected to be Rockstar’s most ambitious project, has not yet been given an official release date. However, the strengthening of GTA+ before the launch aroused curiosity.
