Rolls-Royce, one of the exclusive names at the top of the luxury car market, has revealed the “Black Badge Wraith Black Arrow”. Rolls-Royce is saying goodbye to the Wraith model, one of the most important vehicles in the brand’s history. Announcing the end of production, the luxury automaker today announced its special model, the Black Badge Wraith Black Arrow.
Rolls-Royce bids farewell to the Wraith model
“The brand presents the last V12 coupe to build in front of its electric future and the last examples of the Wraith, the most powerful Rolls-Royce in history.” The vehicle, which is described as “the last example of the Wraith”, carries extreme details that can fascinate a very limited audience. According to the statement, the Wraith, introduced in 2013, is one of the most important and influential models ever produced.
Wraith offers more performance than its predecessors Phantom and Ghost. Wraith changed the perception of Rolls-Royce, bringing new and younger customer groups to the brand for the first time. The new Bespoke car is limited to just 12 units worldwide. Importantly, it is also the last V12 coupe Rolls-Royce will ever build.
Inspired by the Thunderbolt, which set world land speed records in the 1930s, the design concept features Gradient Paint, one of Rolls-Royce’s complex surface finishes. The vehicle has a very special seating area where yellow and black come together beautifully. The Black Badge Wraith Black Arrow blends high comfort and performance with Rolls-Royce quality.
Black Arrow’s coach doors are lined with open-pore Black Wood, in a complex design comprising over 320 multi-directional and lasered marquetry pieces that mimics the cracked, irregular surface of the Bonneville Salt Flats. This extraordinary feature also extends onto the rear ‘Waterfall’ panel, which separates the two rear seats. The Bespoke Starlight Headliner with 2,117 fiber optic light “stars” on the roof design offers a visual feast. All 12 motor cars in the Black Badge Wraith Black Arrow Collection have been allocated to clients around the world.
