Samsung has unveiled its largest 4K television model to date. Taking its focus on giant screens to a new level, the company has launched the 115-inch Neo QLED TV (QN90F) in the US.
Samsung is coming with its giant-screen television
At the heart of this giant screen is Samsung’s most advanced television processor, the NQ8 AI Gen3. This chip uses machine learning techniques to sharpen images, enhance older content, and smooth out action scenes.
Designed specifically for these large panels, the Supersize Picture Enhancer feature aims to minimize blur and image noise. Samsung states that it uses Glare Free technology in this model to reduce reflections, a major problem with large screens.
Quantum Matrix Technology Pro provides local dimming and contrast management. Motion Xcelerator 144Hz and AI Motion Enhancer Pro, designed to deliver clarity in fast-paced scenes, are also attracting the attention of game and sports fans.
Even low-resolution content is brought closer to true 4K quality thanks to 4K AI Upscaling Pro. On the audio side, Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound Plus technologies ensure that sound moves with the on-screen action.
The TV’s software runs on the Samsung One UI Tizen operating system, which includes Vision AI features such as voice search and screen translation. The company says it will provide software updates for this model for up to seven years. The Samsung Neo QLED 4K (QN90F) TV is available in the US with a price tag of $27,000.
