Samsung did not only introduce the Galaxy S23 series at its Unpacked event today. The Galaxy Book3 laptop series was also included in this event. Samsung also introduced the Galaxy Book3 Ultra model of the series. Here are the details of the model:
Samsung Galaxy Book3 Ultra has a 16-inch display
Today we are specifically looking at the Galaxy Book3 series. The series includes 14-inch and 16-inch Galaxy Book3 Pro, 16-inch Galaxy Book3 Pro 360, and finally 16-inch Galaxy Book3 Ultra. The most eye-catching of these was the Samsung Galaxy Book3 Ultra. The model, which does not have a big surprise in terms of design, is a really powerful option in technical terms.
The display up front is a state-of-the-art 16-inch 16:10-aspect Dynamic AMOLED 2x of 2880x1800px resolution. The panel can adaptively refresh from 48Hz to 120Hz and can reach up to 500 nits for HDR content (Vesa DisplayHDR 500 certified), or up to 400 nits otherwise. The product is powered by Intel Core i7-13700H or Intel Core i9-13900H processors. These 14-core processors can reach top speeds of 5 GHz and 5.4 GHz. On the graphics card side, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 and GeForce RTX 4070 options are offered. The device can be equipped with 32 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD at the top.
Of course, the model comes with Windows 11, supports WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1, and carries a 76Wh battery. The laptop weighs 1.8kg. The aluminum-bodied Samsung Galaxy Book3 Ultra looks ambitious with its quad-speaker system by AKG. The Galaxy Book3 Ultra’s i7 version with 16GB and 512GB storage costs €2,799/$2,400/£2,449, while the i9 version with 32GB RAM and 1TB storage is €3.699.
