Samsung unveiled its latest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S23 series, at the event on February 1st. These devices have been experiencing some software issues recently. The latest problem to emerge is related to the camera on the Galaxy S23.
Surprising camera problem on Samsung Galaxy S23!
According to user reports, the Galaxy S23, which was introduced at the beginning of last month, has a camera problem. It should be noted that this issue is related to software, not hardware, and it comes with the latest One UI 5.1 interface developed by the company on top of Android 13.
If you’re not a Galaxy S23 user, you don’t need to worry about encountering camera issues when upgrading to the relevant version. The problem seems to occur only when the 30x zoom feature, which is unique to the S23 model, is activated.
It’s not a major issue that will crash the device, but it disrupts the functioning of the camera application, causing the system to stop the app and return to the home screen automatically. However, it’s possible to reopen the camera app and use it again later.
Of course, if you try the 30x zoom feature again, you’ll encounter the same problem. It’s also worth noting that not all users are experiencing this issue. Additionally, it seems likely that this problem, like the previous Wi-Fi issue, will be resolved with the next update package.
Although the Samsung community manager did not explicitly mention the camera app problem, they acknowledged that they were aware of some issues that occurred after One UI 5.1 and that they would be fixed as soon as possible. So, indirectly, Samsung acknowledges the issue and indicates that an update will be coming.
