Samsung could launch Z Series in North America on August 11
We already know that the South Korean company will launch its upcoming devices next month, probably on July 27. However, the latest reports from MySmartPrice show that Samsung is preparing to hold launch events for the Galaxy Z Flip5 and the Galaxy Z Fold5 in Canada and the US on August 11, 2023. It means that Samsung may introduce its new devices globally in about two weeks later than South Korea.
Samsung is expected to announce a lot of new products at its upcoming Unpacked event in July. At the event, the brand will likely launch Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Watch 6, Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, Galaxy Buds 3, Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+, and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. Additionally, Samsung may announce its next-generation Galaxy SmartTag at the event.
While there are no official details about the products. We can assume that the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The Galaxy Watch 6 series will feature a larger display, but the same feature as its predecessors. According to the rumors, the newest smartwatches will be powered by the Exynos W980 chipset. The Galaxy Tab S9 series will have 120Hz OLED screens and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
