Samsung continues to accelerate its One UI 7 beta process while ensuring user security is prioritized with regular updates. The South Korean brand has recently rolled out the December 2024 update for two more models.
December 2024 Patch Released for Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Fold 6
The latest models to receive Samsung’s December 2024 update are the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Fold 6. The new patch, sized at 380 MB, comes with build numbers F956USQS2AXKF and F741USQS2AXKF.
The December 2024 update for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Fold 6 addresses over 45 security vulnerabilities. Initially available in South Korea and the United States, the update is expected to roll out to other regions shortly.
If the update notification hasn’t appeared on your device automatically, you can manually check for it by navigating to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. If the update still doesn’t appear, it might not yet be available in your region, so you may need to wait a little longer.
In addition to the regular updates, Samsung has started beta testing for One UI 7. The new version is being tested first on the Galaxy S24 series. Countries participating in the beta tests include:

- United States
- Poland
- United Kingdom
- India
