Samsung’s Notable Patent Revealed
According to the patent, Samsung is designing a robot that will act as a companion for your pet and play with them. The company has developed an interesting robot design that consists of a main body, a rotating part for movement, and a compartment for storing scented materials used in scent-based games.
The device also features an outlet for releasing the scent, along with a mechanism to open and close its connection to the compartment. There is also a system that directs airflow to help disperse the scent, and a sensor to monitor the weight of the material, which will alert users when it needs to be replaced.
Additionally, this robot will have sensors to detect nearby objects. These sensors will allow the adjustment of the scent release based on the proximity of objects and how frequently the robot interacts with them.
It will also be possible to initiate a play session based on a time pre-set by the user. When the robot is activated, it will emit a scent to attract the pet. A controller will then measure the distance of the pet and adjust the scent release to keep it engaged.
