Samsung has not yet rolled out the One UI 8 update, which it began rolling out on July 9th alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, and Flip 7 FE, to other models. The company is conducting internal testing in addition to public beta testing. Recent developments indicate that the brand is testing One UI 8 on three more models.
One UI 8 update being tested for the Galaxy S22 series
Samsung has completed the second phase of the One UI 8 beta rollout and is now preparing for the third phase. Simultaneously, the company is internally testing the One UI 8 update for some devices, including the Galaxy S22 series.
While Samsung is testing the new version on the Galaxy S22 series, it is not listed as a device eligible for the One UI 8 Beta program. This means Galaxy S22 users will not be able to try out the new features early through the beta program. Instead, the devices will receive the final, stable version, which will be officially released.
