Samsung has made significant changes to its update policy. The South Korean brand will provide a full 7 years of update support for the Galaxy S24 series and later flagship models. Additionally, a six-year update plan was announced for the recently introduced Galaxy A16 5G, which could mean that a large portion of new mid-range models will also receive six years of support.
