Today, an unexpected update has been released by Samsung to four years phone model, Galaxy S10 5G. April 2023 security update for Galaxy S10 5G
Although Samsung released the new security update for the Galaxy S10 5G version, the company didn’t release the update for other S10 models, including Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10+. Also, the S10 Lite doesn’t receive the update, even though it comes with a newer version of Android than other S10 models.
What’s coming in Samsung’s April 2023 update for S10 5G
The South Korean tech giant released G977BXXSEHWC1, the firmware version for Galaxy S10 5G’s new update. The update is now available in just one country, but it will be expanded to more countries, surely. According to the expectations, Samsung will not likely release any more updates, but fixes and security vulnerabilities.
The April 2023 security update brings Google’s 55 security vulnerabilities and Samsung’s 11 more security fixes. With all these fixes and improvements, the update includes 66 issues fixed in total. The update is now available for a lot of devices in various countries.
