Samsung is using the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor in the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus tablet
Popular tech blogger announced last night that Samsung’s new tablet will use a MediaTek Dimensity processor, specifically the Dimensity 9300+. This isn’t the first rumor about Samsung using MediaTek processors in its new tablets.
The American version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus appeared in the GeekBench benchmark database this June. Listed under the model number SM-X828U, the device scored 2141 points for single-core performance and 6952 points for multi-core performance on version 6.3.0.
This tablet comes with 12 GB of RAM and the Android 14 operating system. According to the benchmark results, the main board is listed as “gts10p” and it features an octa-core processor with a Mali-G720 Immortalis MP12 GPU. These specs indicate the use of the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset.
Previous rumors suggested that Samsung would cancel the smaller standard version and release the Galaxy Tab S10 series with 12.4-inch and 14.9-inch screen sizes. These new tablets are expected to be introduced in October.
We will continue to share more information about the performance and features of the new Galaxy Tab S10 series as it becomes available. What do you think? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.
