According to documents filed in India, the Samsung Galaxy F05 carries the model number SM-E055F/DS, while the Galaxy M05 is listed as SM-M055F/DS. Both phones will offer dual SIM support. These devices are expected to replace the Galaxy F04 and M04, which were introduced at the beginning of the year.
The exact specifications of the Galaxy F05 and M05 are not yet clear, but it seems possible that they will include several upgrades compared to the previous models.
As a reminder, Galaxy M04 offered a 6.5-inch HD+ display, MediaTek Helio P35 chipset, 4GB RAM/128GB storage, 50 Megapixel triple rear camera and 5000mAh battery. It came out of the box with Android 12-based OneUI 4.1 and promised 2 years of updates.
Galaxy F04, on the other hand, comes with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and 60 Hz refresh rate. The processor used in the device was easily separated from other models in its class thanks to details such as MediaTek Helio P35 and 8 GB RAM.
Samsung Galaxy F04 managed to make a big impact at the entry level with its $ 90 price tag. It can expand its budget-friendly family by pricing the new models between 100-150 dollars.
