As usual, Samsung has released security updates this month. As we enter the last day of the month, Samsung has rolled out the new security update to more devices and regions. The update, which was released last week for Europe and the Americas for the Galaxy A53, is now available for download in many countries, including Turkey. Samsung September 2024 Update Fixes Security Vulnerabilities
The security updates initially released by Google for Pixel devices are later rolled out to phones and tablets by companies like Samsung and Xiaomi. Since the beginning of the month, Samsung has sent updates to various devices and hasn’t skipped the last day of the month either. The Galaxy A53 update, released last week, is now available in more regions.
The update for the Galaxy A53, which is now available in Asia and European countries with software version A536EXXSBEXI1, fixes 67 security vulnerabilities. Of these, 44 were provided by Google for all Android devices, while 23 were added specifically for Samsung devices. It has been reported that one critical and 32 high-priority vulnerabilities affected Samsung’s OneUI system, impacting features like Dex, Knox, Theme Center, and other applications.
The update is also available in Turkey, and you can now download it. To check for updates, go to the Settings app, click on Software Update, and follow the “Download and Install” option.
