Despite being blacklisted by the U.S. in 2019, Huawei still tops DxOMark’s camera rankings. The Chinese brand’s Pura 70 Ultra takes first place with an impressive average score of 163 across photo, zoom, and video categories. It’s followed closely by the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL with a score of 158.
One of the most surprising entries on the list is the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Despite its powerful camera specs, Samsung’s latest flagship ranks only 29th, scoring 146 in DxOMark’s tests. Meanwhile, Google’s recently unveiled Pixel 9a made its debut at 33rd place.
