The showcase kicked off with an exciting update from Firewalk Studios, which presented a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming 5v5 multiplayer shooter, Concord. Concord release details: Sony confirmed that Concord will launch on PC and PS5 on August 23, 2024. Additionally, a beta will be available in July, offering eager players an early taste of the game before its official release.

Omega Force and Koei Tecmo announced a new installment in the popular Dynasty Warriors series. Titled Dynasty Warriors Origins, this game will delve into the chaos of the Three Kingdoms era, allowing players to control a “nameless hero.” Utilizing PS5 technology, the game promises to deliver expansive battlefields filled with massive armies.

The game, described as an “open-world dress-up adventure,” features the titular character Nikki exploring the continent of Miraland with her friend Momo, encountering a variety of cultures and adorable creatures.

Where Winds Meet coming to PS5: Everstone Studios’ martial arts adventure game Where Winds Meet, initially announced at Gamescom 2023, will also be arriving on PS5. Set in the Ten Kingdoms Era, players will take on the role of a swordsman whose decisions will shape the outcome of the conflict.

Ballad of Antara to release in 2025: Ballad of Antara, a new dark fantasy RPG from TipsWorks Studio, is set to launch next year as a free-to-play title. The game promises high-fidelity graphics and an expansive world, divided into a normal realm and a mysterious parallel dimension known as “Para.” The story revolves around the invasion of an ancient power and the resulting upheaval in both worlds.

Behemoth: a new VR game from Skydance Games: Skydance Games, the developer behind The Walking Dead Saints and Sinners, announced their next VR project, Behemoth. Set in the desolate Forsaken Lands, players will face harsh conditions and hostile enemies while uncovering dark secrets. Behemoth is slated for release in October on PSVR2, Meta Quest, and Steam VR.

Alien: Rogue Incursion for PSVR2: Survios, a well-known VR developer, revealed Alien: Rogue Incursion, a new single-player action-horror game set in the Alien franchise. Players will navigate a facility overrun by Xenomorphs on the inhospitable planet Purdan. The game is expected to launch during the holiday season on PSVR2.
