Ana sayfa / Technology

SpaceX is developing a massive and unique rocket called Starship, intended to make space travel more accessible, safe, and economical for humans. Starship, designed for missions such as space travel, interplanetary journeys, and space colonization, was scheduled to conduct a test involving orbiting Earth and landing. However, the launch was canceled just 40 seconds before liftoff. Here’s the live broadcast…

Starship set to complete a full Earth orbit and land within 48 hours!

With its ability to travel at high speeds, Starship can undertake missions like carrying low-Earth orbit satellites, transporting passengers for space tourism, and sending payloads to the Moon and Mars. Furthermore, the rocket can also be utilized for interplanetary cargo transportation missions.

Approximately the size of a 50-story building, or 120 meters tall, Starship boasts a cargo capacity of 100 tons. The fully reusable rocket, dubbed Super Heavy, is powered by 31 Raptor engines, similar to the Falcon 9.

SpaceX already started test flights for Starship

SpaceX has already initiated the first test flights for Starship. In fact, a prototype of the rocket successfully completed a high-altitude test flight in 2021. The first crewed flights are planned for 2023.

The highly anticipated test today was expected to complete a full Earth orbit and execute a successful landing. However, with just 40 seconds remaining before launch, the event was canceled and rescheduled to take place within the next 48 hours.
