When we look at the data shared by Steam, we see that the Intel processor is the most popular on computers with Windows operating systems. It has a market share of 68.74 percent. AMD is in second place with 31.22 percent.
On the macOS operating system side, as you can guess, Apple is at the top with 70.57 percent market share. Intel is in second place with 29.36 percent. On the Linux side, we see that the most popular processor is AMD. AMD is the first with 72.10 percent, followed by Intel with 27.90 percent.
According to this data, we can say that Intel is more popular for Windows, Apple for MacOS and AMD for Linux.
