Steve Jobs signed products are up for auction!

Ana sayfa /

An auction of nostalgic items is being held for Apple fans and collectors. The “Remarkable Rarities” online auction that started this month has put rare works signed by Apple founder Steve Jobs up for auction. Here are those items…

Among the items in the auction are two special items that have left their mark on the history of the technology world. The first is a check signed by Steve Jobs and issued by Apple in 1976, and the second is an Apple II cassette signed by Jobs.

The first check mentioned is dated July 16, 1976 and is made out to Elmar Electronics for a payment of $10.52. The check signed by Steve Jobs dates back to when he was a young entrepreneur and one of the founders of Apple. The current price of the check, which has received 14 different bids so far, is reported as $12,650 and is expected to reach up to $25,000 at auction.

The rather plain-looking document holds great sentimental value as a memento of Apple’s humble beginnings. A Jobs-signed Apple computer voucher sent to Radio Shack for $4.01 on July 23 of that same year was sold at auction for $46,000 in late 2023.

On the other side, perhaps an even more special piece, an Apple II cassette signed by Steve Jobs, is known as a method used in data storage and retrieval processes in the early days of the Apple II. What is even more interesting is that this cassette is the first example of a cassette signed by Steve Jobs. This rare piece related to the Apple II, one of the cornerstones of the technology world, is considered an important piece that witnesses history.

We can say that the pieces from the early years of Apple, which grew with Steve Jobs’ vision and shaped the world of technology, are not only collectible, but also symbolize the beginning of a revolutionary world of technology.
