Microsoft will have a hardware event in October. The company organizes the annual Surface fall event, but this year is important for Microsoft. This year, the brand will celebrate the 10th anniversary of Surface. The tech giant is expected to launch a lot of new devices including laptops, and accessories at the Surface event. New Surface Pro 9 coming in several options
According to the rumors, the device will launch on October 12th at 10 am ET at the Surface event. While anything is not correct until the official event and announcements, the Surface Pro 9 is expected to be available in three processor models, Intel Core i5, i7, and Microsoft SQ3. Additionally, the device will begin to ship in late October or early November.
The new device will probably come in eleven options processor, RAM, and storage. According to the rumors, the device will be available with Intel 12th-generation Core i5 or Core i7 U-series chips, with 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB RAM options, and 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB storage options. On the display side, the company is expected to use a 13-inch, 2880×1920, and 120Hz panel.
It is possible to see new colors in Surface Pro 9, Sapphire, and Forest as blue and green versions of the laptop for the first time. There will be also the usual Platinum and Matte Black colors. The company will launch the device with 5G capability to use mobile data. The 5G version will have the Microsoft SQ3 chipset.
