Ana sayfa / World

KAAN, Turkey’s indigenous and national fighter jet, continues to show its power. In the new images shared by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), the afterburner detail of the aircraft draws attention. The post emphasized that KAAN is not just an aircraft, but represents the dreams of a nation.

Standing out with its advanced features, KAAN has a length of 21 meters, a height of 6 meters and a wingspan of 14 meters. Equipped with two General Electric F110-GE-129 engines, the aircraft offers high maneuverability and performance.

These engines, which are also used in F-16s, can provide thrust up to 131 kN with the afterburner. During the production process, the use of three-dimensional printer technology in the production of the titanium part required for engine integration is also a noteworthy detail.

Annoying development for Xiaomi 15 Ultra!

Digital Chat Station, a well-known industry leaker, claims that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has been delayed. Here are the details.

While the KAAN project will make Turkey one of the few countries capable of producing fighter jets, it will also make significant contributions to the national economy with the development of the subsidiary industry. The team, which was 27 people at the beginning of the project, has now reached 1832 people.

More than 20 local companies, including Turkey’s leading defense industry companies such as ASELSAN, TÜBİTAK, ROKETSAN and HAVELSAN, are taking an active role in the project. In addition to TAI, more than 100 local subsidiary industry companies are also involved in the production of the KAAN. This shows that the project is in line with Turkey’s goal of increasing the localization rate in the defense industry.
