TCL has launched its new model 85Q5K for users looking for a large-screen TV. The 85-inch TV went on sale with a price tag of $749.99 with its QLED and 4K resolution panel.

The new model offers QLED screen technology with HDR Pro+ support. Also supporting high dynamic range formats such as Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HLG, the 85Q5K uses TCL’s AIPQ processor, which makes image adjustments according to the scene. Thanks to this processor, image quality is automatically optimized according to viewing scenarios.
Google TV is used instead of the Fire TV interface found in the previous series in the 85Q5K. This change allows users to directly access platforms such as Netflix, YouTube and more. The device is also compatible with services such as Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Apple AirPlay 2 and Chromecast.
The device’s gaming features include Motion Rate 240 with MEMC support. This function reduces blur, especially in fast-moving scenes. The automatic low latency mode also shortens the response time while playing games.
On the design side, the TCL 85Q5K has a thin-framed metal body and an adjustable stand. Connection options include three HDMI inputs, USB ports, headphone output, Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 5.
