Logitech and Tencent games announced they were developing a cloud gaming handheld a few weeks ago. Now, the portable gaming console Logitech G Gaming Handheld and its images have leaked. Here are the details about the Logitech G Gaming Handheld and its features.
Logitech G Gaming Handheld with Google Play Store, cloud gaming, and Chrome
The cloud gaming console by Logitech and Tencent Games is running on the cloud gaming services, Xbox Cloud Gaming, and Nvidia GeForce Now. The device also supports Steam Remote Play and Google Play Store. Logitech will launch it later this year according to the previews.
Evan Blass shared three images of the Logitech G Gaming Handheld. According to the leaked images, the device will have mostly white in color. The black details on the screen gives more innovative impression. While the D-Pad is at the left and X/Y/A/B are at the right, there are also four buttons placed at the corners of the display, including Home button.
There are trigger buttons at the top black edge, a volume rocker, and there is another button which could be a mute switch, microphone, or sound, we are not sure. There is also a slot that looks like a memory card slot.
In the images, we can see that the device has Google Play Store, Xbox Cloud Gaming, Nvidia GeForce Now, and Steam Remote Play. The UI elements like time Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and battery are in the right corner while the navigation sections are in the top-left corner. The device will probably get its power from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon G3x Gen 1, the Android gaming chip. Additionally, the device could be powered by Android because of the details like Chrome and YouTube.
