Tesla Halts New Model Y Orders in Turkey!

Tesla has officially stopped taking new orders for its most popular model in Turkey, the Model Y. Users visiting the company’s website can no longer place an order for the vehicle. However, this does not mean that the Model Y has been completely discontinued in the country. For now, Tesla is still selling its existing stock but has disabled new orders. So, what’s behind this decision?

Recently, Tesla introduced the refreshed Model Y “Juniper” in Europe and the U.S. The fact that the older version has been pulled from orders in Turkey suggests that the new model may soon arrive in the country. While Tesla has not made an official announcement, the company has taken similar steps in other markets before.

When users visit Tesla’s Turkey website, they no longer see the “Order Now” button. Instead, there is only an “View Inventory” option, listing the available Model Y units in stock. This indicates that Tesla is currently focused on clearing out its existing inventory.

The Date is Set! Squid Game Final Season is Coming

Netflix has officially announced the highly anticipated third season of Squid Game. This season will be the final season of the series.

Another major question is whether the arrival of the updated Model Y will bring a price revision. The current Model Y starts at 1,866,203 TL in Turkey, but the new version is expected to come with improved battery technology, a refreshed design, and additional features—which could lead to a price increase. In the U.S., the starting price for the refreshed Model Y has been set around $60,000.

This move by Tesla marks a significant change for those looking to buy a Model Y in Turkey. While purchasing a stock vehicle is still possible, placing a new order is no longer an option.

So, what do you think? How do you expect Tesla to price the new Model Y in Turkey? Share your thoughts in the comments!
