According to a study conducted by PerfectRec, the iPhone 15 Pro received lower scores compared to its predecessors, the iPhone 14 and 13 Pro. The study compiled Google reviews generated by 695,000 users for the iPhone 15 series, utilizing data that indicates high customer sensitivity.

Previously, Apple reported a 98% satisfaction rate for the iPhone 14 family based on a study conducted by 451 Research in the third-quarter earnings report. However, the recent study by PerfectRec paints a different picture, indicating a decline in satisfaction for the iPhone 15 Pro.
The iPhone 14 Pro experienced an 8% decrease in the number of 5-star ratings compared to the 13 Pro. Surprisingly, the 5-star rating of the iPhone 15 Pro dropped even further, reaching a level lower than the iPhone 14 at 72% just one month after its release.
In contrast, the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus received 5-star ratings in 76% and 74% of the reviews, respectively. Wally Nowinski from PerfectRec suggests that early adopters of the device might have had higher expectations, contributing to the downward trend in ratings.
It should be noted that these ratings may change over time, and future studies may be necessary to assess the 5-star percentage of the iPhone 15 devices.
Recent reports also indicate that consumers in China have shown less interest in the iPhone 15 series compared to the iPhone 14. This suggests varying levels of enthusiasm for the new model in different markets.
