AnTuTu, one of the world’s respected technology testing platforms, has published its list of the most powerful Android tablets. According to its August 2025 report, a gaming tablet tops the list.
The most powerful tablet models have been announced
Data shared by AnTuTu reveals the top-performing tablets, along with their scores. At the top of the list is the RedMagic Tablet 3 Pro, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. This device earned a score of 2,909,018, earning it the top spot.
In second place is a tablet powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, just like the first. The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro came in second with a score of 2,827,679. The OPPO Pad 4 Pro follows with a score of 2,824,037. This OPPO model also features the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.
Fourth on the list is the Redmi K Pad, powered by the Dimensity 9400+ processor. This device has a score of 2,765,612. Fifth place goes to the Lenovo Legion Y700 with 2,689,816 points. The vivo Pad 5 Pro follows with 2,642,950 points.
In seventh place is the iQOO Pad 5 Pro, which also uses the Dimensity 9400+ processor and received a score of 2,634,794 points. The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra comes in eighth place with 2,491,634 points.

The top three tablets on the list all feature Snapdragon 8 Elite. Its use of a processor is noteworthy. Qualcomm’s processor continues its dominance in the tablet market.
Furthermore, the fact that models using the Dimensity 9400+ processor also top the list demonstrates MediaTek’s competitive performance. The inclusion of two different RedMagic models on the list demonstrates the brand’s strength in the gaming-focused tablet market.
