The countdown has officially begun for Realme, which continues its efforts in the smartphone industry, with the GT 5 series that will rival flagship models in terms of technical specifications and design. While the models are expected to be introduced this month, new technical details about the Pro model of the series have recently emerged.
Realme GT 5 Pro specs
Digital Chat Station, known for its leaks in the industry, has revealed some technical specifications of the upcoming Realme GT 5 Pro model. According to this, the smartphone will come with a 5,400mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. In addition, the model will support the UFCS charging standard.
The rear camera setup of the Realme GT 5 Pro is expected to consist of a Sony IMX9 series primary camera, an OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera, and an ultra-wide-angle camera. On the other hand, a curved panel with 2K resolution and high refresh rates will greet us.
The smartphone will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Qualcomm has set the launch date of Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 as October 2023. The new chipset will make its debut at the annual Snapdragon Summit, held by the company. The event, aimed to take place in Maui, Hawaii, will open its doors from October 24th to 26th.
In addition to the new processor’s launch date, it also appears to surprise with its performance. According to the information received, the processor will undergo a significant performance upgrade and will host a Cortex-X4 core with a clock speed of 3.7GHz. Changes in the core architecture of the processor are also expected.
