The company modernized the DeLorean, the unforgettable sports car of the 1980s, and redesigned it as an electric vehicle, attracting the attention of nostalgia lovers.

True to the original model, the reinterpreted DeLorean DMC-EV comes with the classic two doors and two seats, as with the base model. It features enhanced LED headlights, a new bumper with glass elements and a large diffuser. While the DMC-EV logo is featured on the front, the interior is completely different.

While the exterior design is very similar to the classic DeLorean, the same is not true for the interior. With an extraordinarily large center console, the vehicle welcomes drivers with modern leather seats and a three-spoke steering wheel.

In the DeLorean DMC-EV model, which has a magnificent design, the V6 engine is replaced by four Elaphe L1600 electric motors, providing the vehicle with all-wheel drive. According to the details announced, the vehicle can reach 60 mph in just 4 seconds. At the same time, the 70 kWh battery is said to last 250 miles. The model, which has a unique structure, also brings various safety features such as side entry protection and traction control.

DeLorean DMC-EV comes to buyers with a jaw-dropping price. The vehicle, which appeals mostly to nostalgia enthusiasts, is sold at prices starting from 250 thousand dollars. The year 2025 is pointed for the deliveries of the vehicle. It is added that buyers can make a reservation with a deposit of 2,500 dollars.
