Peugeot e-408 to be unveiled on 2 October
The French car giant is preparing to announce several new electric vehicles and long-range models, including the Peugeot e-408. While the favourite of the event will be the new e-408, the fact that the vehicle is not very different in design indicates that an electric crossover will come.
Although the exact details have not yet been confirmed, according to leaks, the new Peugeot e-408, which will be introduced at the Paris Motor Show, will have 158 kW engine power and 58kWh battery and will offer a range of 451 kilometres. It is claimed that the vehicle will accelerate from 0 to 100 in 7.6 seconds and its maximum speed will be 159 kilometres per hour.
In addition, long range options for the new e-3008 and e-5008 SUV models announced in recent months will be announced at the event. If expectations are correct, they will be introduced with 700km and 668km range options respectively.
Peugeot is also expected to announce the e-208 and e-2008 models. e-308 will be a compact electric car model, while e-2008 will be a seven-seater SUV.
