Apple recently launched the iPhone 17 series. Pre-orders for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, the flagship model in the series, have begun in many countries. However, the company has postponed delivery dates due to strong demand in its home market, the US.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max could break record demand
The new iPhone 17 series is initially available for pre-order in 63 countries, including Turkey. These countries include the US, UK, Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, France, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, the UAE, and Vietnam.
Apple will begin shipping in many countries on September 19th. However, the process in the US is different. The company’s official website has updated the delivery time for the iPhone 17 Pro Max to “3-4 weeks.” This suggests that the device will reach US buyers in October at the earliest.
The device’s technical specifications are as follows: Measuring 163.4 x 78 x 8.8 mm and weighing 233 grams, the iPhone 17 Pro Max features a 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display. This display offers a 120Hz refresh rate, a 1320 x 2868 pixel resolution, and 3000 nits of brightness.
The phone runs on a 3nm Apple A19 Pro processor and a six-core GPU. Storage options include 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB, along with 12GB of RAM. The device comes with iOS 26. The rear camera features a 48MP wide-angle, 48MP telephoto, and 48MP ultra-wide lens. The 18MP front camera can record 4K 60 FPS video.
Video recording features include 4K 120 FPS, 10-bit HDR, Dolby Vision HDR, ProRes, ProRes RAW, Apple Log 2, and 3D spatial recording options. Optical zoom is 4x or 8x, and digital zoom goes up to 40x. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and USB-C 3.2 Gen 2.
