Expansion Pack Coming for Black Myth: Wukong!
According to information shared by Bloomberg, the game sold 18 million copies in just two weeks, swiftly becoming one of the best-selling games. Additionally, Daniel Wu from Hero Games, the largest external shareholder of Game Science, officially confirmed that an expansion pack for the game is on the way.
Wu mentioned that the expansion pack will be announced soon, and with its release, it would not be difficult for the game to reach a total of 30 million sales.
Currently available on PC and PlayStation 5, Black Myth: Wukong‘s sales are expected to grow even more with the expansion pack. Sales are likely to increase further, especially if Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S versions are also released. However, the release date for the Xbox version is still unclear.
Last month, it was announced that the Xbox version of the game was delayed indefinitely due to technical issues. On the other hand, recent statements from Microsoft suggest that this delay may be due to an exclusive agreement with PlayStation 5.
