In line with Renault’s “International Game Plan 2027” goal, the domestically produced Duster, manufactured in Turkey, has taken a significant step toward becoming an export powerhouse with new engine options. Manufactured at the Bursa Oyak Renault Factories, the model will both meet strong local demand and be exported to global markets.
The New Domestically Produced Renault Duster and a Refreshed Engine Range
MAİS A.Ş. General Manager Bahaettin Tatoğlu stated that the model, known as “Turkey’s Duster,” is now produced in Turkey with three different engine options. Tatoğlu emphasized that this strengthens the Duster’s position and creates value for customers with the advantage of domestic production.
The New Renault Duster hits the road with a completely revamped engine range that meets the diverse needs of customers. The production of the new 1.2 Eco-G, 1.3 TCe automatic, and 1.8 Full Hybrid options in Turkey increases its cost advantage and strengthens the model’s domestic identity.
The new 1.3 TCe EDC engine, mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission, delivers a powerful 145 hp. This version also boasts a record-breaking 594-liter trunk space, putting it a step ahead of its competitors. Meanwhile, the 1.8 Full Hybrid E-Tech engine has reached 160 hp. Equipped with an improved multi-mode automatic transmission, this engine delivers up to 10% fuel efficiency compared to the previous generation.
Duster’s popular LPG engine, with its new 1.2-liter displacement and 120 hp, offers a budget-friendly option that doesn’t compromise on fuel economy. For the first time in Duster history, the new 1.2 Hybrid 4×4 LPG 150 hp option has also arrived. This version combines advanced hybrid technology, LPG efficiency, an automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive, making it one of the most fuel-efficient 4x4s.
While maintaining its tough SUV identity, the new Duster focuses on comfort and technology in the interior. ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control), available as standard from the Techno level onwards, offers drivers a much more comfortable and safe driving experience. Furthermore, the new, light gray seat upholstery on the Techno versions makes the interior feel both more comfortable and more spacious.
Renault is offering advantageous offers to those looking to own the New Duster. A 0% interest credit opportunity is available for 200,000 TL on new engine options. Owners bringing in their existing Duster can take advantage of a special 75,000 TL trade-in discount on the purchase of the 1.3 TCe automatic version. The 1.3 TCe automatic model is also available with a Special Consumption Tax (SCT) exemption.
