The Office fans are excited about a new game!
A new game that brings the world of The Office to the virtual reality universe will launch on Meta Horizon on October 10, 2024. Through a variety of mini-games inspired by memorable scenes from the show, it will offer a fun simulation of what the daily life of a corporate employee would be like.
In addition to playing various mini-games in virtual reality to get your work in order in The Office World, you’ll also be able to take advantage of Schrute Bucks, which are used to buy various decorative items for your desk.
The game was developed by Magnopus, ARVORE, Albyon and Monks studios with support from NBCUniversal and Meta. Sarah Malkin, Meta’s director of metaverse entertainment, assures that the experience will be well represented for all fans of the sitcom.
Airing from 2005 to 2013 and spanning nine seasons, The Office still has a large fan base today. One of the most popular sitcoms of all time, it won numerous awards during its run.
