The popular feature of the Xiaomi 11 Ultra is coming back

Xiaomi is preparing to revisit the dual-screen smartphone concept after several years. Leaks from both software and hardware sources have revealed that the company is working on a new model with the codename Q200.

According to the leaks so far, Xiaomi plans to launch a phone with a secondary display positioned horizontally on the back. This design approach hasn’t been used by the company since the Mi 11 Ultra. However, with the upcoming Q200, that might change.

Recent information indicates that the device appears in Xiaomi’s HyperOS software under the codename “Pandora.” The code also explicitly mentions “second screen support,” which further confirms the phone’s dual-display setup. The full model number is listed as 25098PN5AC, but for now, neither the model number nor the HyperOS references provide any technical specifications.

Although not yet confirmed, the Q200 is expected to be the top-tier member of the Xiaomi 16 series, potentially positioned above the 16 Ultra. While the standard and Pro models are said to feature a more compact design, the Q200 will likely stand out with its unique build and features.

The launch is expected to take place in September, with the device initially hitting the Chinese market. It remains unclear whether the phone will be released globally.
