The problem that bothered Samsung users has resurfaced!

Ana sayfa / Smartphones

Samsung’s Galaxy S20 Plus, which was released in 2020, had an issue with green and pink lines on the screen that users found problematic. Now, this issue has resurfaced in the company’s latest flagship models. Users are reporting that they see these lines on their screens even though their devices have not suffered any physical damage or liquid exposure.

Some users have recently encountered green and pink lines running across the screens of their Galaxy S23 and S23 Ultra devices. This issue is similar to the one experienced with the Galaxy S20 Plus. During that period, Samsung even launched a free screen replacement campaign.

No official statement has been made by the company regarding the cause of this problem yet. However, since the free screen replacement campaign has ended, users now need to pay for the repair unless there is a chance for free replacement based on the technician’s evaluation at authorized service centers.

In short, the possibility of free screen replacement depends on Samsung’s policies and the technician’s assessment at the authorized service center.

Lastly, sources suggest that this issue might be caused by overheating or pixel malfunctions.
