Xiaomi, actively involved in the wearable technology market in addition to the smartphone market, is soon set to unveil the Watch 2 Pro. Previously identified in the IMEI database under the model number M2233W1, the smartwatch’s technical specifications and design have recently been revealed.
Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro specs and design
A new report leaked by MySmartPrice sheds light on the specs and design of the upcoming Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro model. According to the leaked images, Xiaomi has opted for a circular design for the upcoming smartwatch, different from the square design seen in the Xiaomi Watch 2. Additionally, the new smartwatch will offer at least two color options: Silver and Black.
The Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro will feature a 1.43-inch high-resolution round AMOLED display. This display will have an Always on Display feature and offer users customizable watch face options.
The watch will come in both Bluetooth and 4G LTE versions. Among its other features are body composition analysis, sleep tracking, SpO2 monitoring, and various sports modes commonly found in Xiaomi watches. Finally, it is expected to run the Wear OS 3 operating system, though the exact release date and battery specifications are currently unknown.
