Qualcomm, in the competition it entered, MediaTek, which has been making even more progress recently, continues to receive new information about the eagerly awaited chip set, Dimensity 9300. According to the emerging information, it is claimed that the new chip set will be faster than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Dimensity 9300 will be 10% faster than Snapdragon 8 Gen 3!
MediaTek is almost neck and neck with Qualcomm. The company, which has gained momentum recently, is preparing to release the Dimensity 9300 chip set in the near future. With this preparation, a lot of information is coming out about the chip set.
The recent report reveals quite an interesting situation. In a previous report, it was said that there would be four Cortex-X4 cores and four Cortex-A720 units without low-power A520 cores. However, today’s reports are different.
The leaker claimed that the Dimensity 9300 will be 10% faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. They also provided information about CPU clock speeds. It’s expected that MediaTek will opt for a 1+3+4 architecture, with 1x 3.25 GHz Cortex-X4, 3x 2.85 GHz Cortex-X4, and 4x 2.0 GHz Cortex-A720.
Furthermore, it is expected to have the Immortalis-G720 GPU. This configuration is the opposite of the usual 1+5+2 setup. Additionally, the combination is unusual compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. However, MediaTek is trying something unprecedented by eliminating the low-power cores.
