All signs point to the official unveiling of the eagerly awaited next-generation Tesla Model Y Performance, which has been undergoing camouflage testing for a long time. Details of the vehicle, expected to be more powerful, faster, and have a more aggressive design, have also been largely revealed.
What will the Tesla Model Y Performance be like?
According to leaks, the new Model Y Performance will produce approximately 510 horsepower from dual electric motors. Among the first striking details are a lower-slung body, new 20-inch sporty wheels, a carbon fiber spoiler, and more aggressive bumpers that improve aerodynamic efficiency.
The SUV, expected to be equipped with a 79 kWh battery, is officially estimated to offer a range of between 446 and 459 km. It is also said that the starting price of the vehicle, which is expected to have a more powerful braking system, will be around 55 thousand dollars abroad.
