Ana sayfa / News

Samsung has introduced the world’s first 115-inch Micro RGB television. The new model stands out as a step that strengthens the company’s technological leadership in the ultra-premium television segment. Micro RGB technology works by placing red, green, and blue LEDs, each smaller than 100 micrometers, behind the LCD panel. This structure provides high contrast, superior color accuracy, and real-time color optimization based on the scene.

Samsung’s Micro RGB AI Engine analyzes video content frame by frame and optimizes images using artificial intelligence. The television offers a 144Hz refresh rate at 4K resolution and 100% BT.2020 color gamut coverage.

The Micro RGB Color Booster Pro and Micro RGB HDR+ engine enhance image quality with HDR10+ Adaptive and HDR10+ Gaming support. AI Upscaling Pro upscales lower-resolution content to 4K quality.

In terms of audio, the television features a 70W 4.2.2-channel Dolby Atmos-enabled speaker system. Object Tracking Sound+, Adaptive Sound Pro, Active Voice Amplifier Pro, and Q-Symphony technologies track the movement of sound in space, enhancing the viewing experience. For Galaxy Buds users, 360 Audio provides spatial audio support. Glare Free technology, which prevents reflections on the screen, maintains image clarity in bright environments.

The device is also equipped with gaming-focused features. Features include a 144Hz variable refresh rate, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, AI Auto Game Mode, Mini Map Zoom, and Super Ultra Wide Game View. Furthermore, thanks to Philips Hue support, the TV can synchronize ambient lighting based on on-screen scenes.

Running Samsung’s Tizen operating system, the TV will receive major system updates for seven years. In addition to Bixby and Google Assistant support, the device also includes smart features such as SmartThings Hub, Karaoke Mode, Art Mode, MultiView, Generative Wallpaper, and Live Translate. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, AirPlay 2, four HDMI 2.0 inputs, two USB-A ports, Ethernet, and optical audio output.

Samsung’s Micro RGB TV is priced above the Neo QLED series and below its Micro LED counterparts. The 115-inch model launched in South Korea for approximately $32,325.

The device is planned to be available in the US soon, followed by a global rollout in various screen sizes. While its price is quite high, it remains more affordable than similarly sized Micro LED TVs, which can reach up to $150,000.
