A group of people, demanding justice for 27-year-old Eddie Irizarry, who was shot by a police bullet while sitting in his car last month, caused unrest last night. Following the release of the police officer who shot Irizarry yesterday evening at 8:00 PM, a group took to the streets.
A group of approximately 100 people looted many stores in the city center, ranging from technology products to clothing. The Apple Store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was among these stores.
When looking at the footage shared on social media, it’s apparent that many individuals with masked faces entered the store and stole dozens of phones and technological products. It seems that the recently introduced iPhone 15 series by Apple was a particular focus for the looters.
