This concept brings Windows 11 to Apple’s Vision Pro

Ana sayfa / Technology

Apple officially unveiled its Vision Pro AR glasses and VisionOS operating system at WWDC 2023 last month. The glasses, which bring the virtual and real worlds together, are now the subject of concept studies. Finally, an image shared on Twitter shows Apple Vision Pro running Windows 11.

What would Vision Pro look like if it were based on Windows 11?

Apple said that the VisionOS operating system would surpass the capabilities of Windows Holographic. It claims to be the world’s first operating system designed from the ground up for spatial computing.

A concept designer adapted the revamped interface of Windows 11 to VisionOS. The concept placed the fragmented design of the operating system at the centre of the AR glasses and made the iconic Start menu the same colour as the environment.

Caviar announced 18K gold-accented Apple Vision Pro for $40,000

Caviar unveils a $40,000 limited edition Apple Vision Pro with 18K gold accents and Connolly leather. Here's the detail.

Using Apple’s popular development tools such as SwiftUI, RealityKit and ARKit, developers will be able to easily create apps for Vision Pro. This integration with existing Apple ecosystem tools will provide an easy-to-use environment for developers.

Although the concept image shows what Vision Pro will look like with Windows 11, it should be noted that it does not reflect Apple or Microsoft’s plans. However, we believe that Microsoft will adapt Windows more to the VR world in the coming years.
