Elon Musk, who always manages to stay on the agenda with his crazy statements and behaviors, now made a prediction about the future of Tesla. He has previously said that Tesla will be more valuable than Apple and energy giant Saudi Aramco combined. He did not neglect to reiterate this in his last statement.
Elon Musk: Tesla could be more valuable than Apple and Aramco in five years
Tesla CEO Elon Musk discussed how the company’s value will be shaped in the next five years. He made a bold prediction that if five-year sales were successful, it could surpass Apple and Saudi Aramco.
A user posted on Twitter saying that Tesla shares are “vastly undervalued.” Tesla shares have risen nearly 130 percent in the past year alone.
Elon Musk supported this post and said, “I stand by my prediction that if Tesla performs well in the next 5 years, its long-term value may exceed the sum of Apple and Aramco.”
If Musk’s prediction comes true, Tesla will become a difficult company to approach. Currently, in terms of market cap, Apple is around $2.99 trillion and Saudi Aramco is around $2.13 trillion. Let us also remind you that Tesla is worth approximately $778.6 billion.
Tesla, which recently shared its reporting for the third quarter of 2023, reported revenue of $ 23.35 billion. Vehicle deliveries also decreased compared to the previous quarter, failing to reach the target of delivering 1.8 million vehicles.
