In 2018, Sony Pictures made an attempt to produce Marvel movies independently, which grossed $856.1 million worldwide. The sequel Venom: Let There Be Carnage was released in 2021 and continued its success. Now everyone is curious about the third movie in the series. So when is Venom 3 release date?

We know the movie is in the works. The film will be directed by Kelly Marcel and will be the directorial debut of Marcel, who was a screenwriter on the first two Venom films. Marcel is known for her work on projects such as Saving Mr. Banks and Fifty Shades of Grey.

As of now, details about the plot of Venom 3 have not been revealed. However, it is expected to continue from the events of the second movie, in which Eddie Brock and Venom find themselves on the run after escaping from prison. The post-credits scene hinted at an introduction to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). So it is possible that we will see interactions with other Marvel characters.

Netflix says Avatar series will be different from the cartoon

Netflix Avatar series adaptation announced that the story they will implement in the series will be slightly different from the cartoon.

Venom 3 is speculated to go beyond San Francisco and take place in an international setting, with parts of the movie being shot in Spain and London. Questions about why Eddie and Venom are in Europe and who they might meet in this new location have yet to be answered.

Tom Hardy reprises his roles as Eddie Brock and Venom in Venom 3. Confirmed cast members include Ted Lasso’s Juno Temple and Doctor Strange’s Chiwetel Ejiofor. While Ejiofor has Marvel experience, he is unlikely to reprise his role as Karl Mordo.

Juno Temple’s role has yet to be announced, but she is expected to play an important role in the movie, possibly falling in love with Eddie. The status of other supporting actors from previous films, such as Michelle Williams, Reid Scott and Stephen Graham, remains unclear.

Although Venom 3 is set within Sony’s Spider-Man Universe, it has ties to the MCU. Tom Hardy’s appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home, part of the Venom symbiote was left to the MCU, setting the stage for a possible future interaction between Venom and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man.

While not a direct crossover, Sony has expressed its intention to bring Venom and Spider-Man together on screen, opening up exciting possibilities for future films.

As of now, no trailer for Venom 3 has been released. The release date for Venom 3 is November 8, so it’s not unreasonable to expect a possible trailer to debut at CinemaCon in April.
