Vivo continues its efforts to diversify its product range. At this point, the Chinese manufacturer is preparing to launch the Vivo V29 5G model, which focuses on price-performance, in a short period of time. The device recently obtained the Bluetooth SIG certification. So what will the smartphone offer?
Vivo V29 5G obtains Bluetooth SIG certification
The Vivo V29 5G appeared in the Bluetooth SIG database with the model number V2250. Although the listing does not reveal any specific technical features of the smartphone, it indicates that it will have Bluetooth 5.2 support. The latest development regarding the device has sparked rumors that it will be introduced at the end of this month or the beginning of July.
The Vivo V29 5G also recently surfaced in the Geekbench database. In the tests, the model managed to score 1,000 for single-core and 2,803 for multi-core performance. Furthermore, some of the device’s technical specifications have been revealed.
The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ chip. It features 1x 2.5 GHz ARM Cortex-A78 (Kryo 670), 3x 2.4 GHz ARM Cortex-A78 (Kryo 670), and 4x 1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores, along with an Adreno 642L graphics unit, all manufactured using a 6nm fabrication process. The device will come with 8 GB of RAM and run on the Android 13 operating system.
