What does the vivo V40 offer?
The vivo V40, which was introduced with all its features today, pleased those who were waiting for it in terms of both design and price. Launching the vivo V40 family in India, vivo draws attention to the thin and stylish design of the devices at 7.58 mm, while revealing the only difference between the two devices in the processor wing. Let’s get into the details of the vivo V40 without further ado.
The vivo V40, which comes with a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen just like the Pro model, promises a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz on this panel. This screen, which also has a peak brightness of 4500 nits, features a 50 Megapixel Samsung ISOCELL JN1 sensor with a perforated design on the top. The V40, which does not differ from the Pro model with its rear camera group, features two 50 Megapixel cameras in the circular camera group. One of them serves as the main camera, while the other takes on ultra-wide-angle shots. There is a 50 Megapixel telephoto camera in the body-colored section at the bottom.
The vivo V40, which carries a 5500 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support inside the case, is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor developed by Qualcomm. The device, which offers 8GB and 12GB RAM memory options with this processor, can be purchased with 256GB and 512GB storage depending on the versions. The V40, which comes out of the box with the Android 14 operating system, takes its place on the shelves with Meteor Blue, Moonlight White and Star Silver color options. Although exact prices are not specified, vivo reports that the 8/256GB base model will be sold for $480.
Although both devices have similar features, the V40 falls a little behind in terms of processor. But it still promises a lot in terms of performance. What did you think of the vivo V40’s features? Let’s meet in the comments.
